Every piece is made to order, it takes two weeks for orders to be made and an additional two days for orders to be processed for shipment.
Please allow 2-5 business days after your order has been shipped within the United States. International customers, please allow 7-14 business days after shipping.
Unfortunately, because all items are made to order we do not offer overnight shipping. In some cases some pieces can be shipped overnight. Before making a purchase please email us to find out if your desired piece qualifies.
Unfortunately, we do not offer custom pieces, we only offer custom sizes.
Items usually start at 2T however, some pieces will have the option for 18/24 months. If your desired size is not listed in the drop box, please email us measurements and we will custom size your item.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any items unless we are at fault. Every order will include a return label which you will complete and send back. You will have the option to exchange or receive store credit.
